The property "known as being Sub-lot J and the westerly ten (10) feet front and rear of Sub-lot K in Alexander Square Re-Allotment of Lot No. Three Hundred Fifty-seven (357) in the plat of Barberton as shown by the recorded plat of said Re-Allotment in Vol. 20 of Maps, Page 71 of Summit County records, together forming a parcel of land thirty-four (34) feet front on the northerly line of West Tuscarawas Avenue, One Hundred (100) feet deep on the easterly line, One Hundred (100) feet deep on the westerly line which is also the easterl line of an alley and thrity-four (34) feet in the rear along the southerly line of an alley according to the plat of said Re-Allotment, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
