"Abstract of Title and Incumbrances upon the following described premises. Situated in the City of Barberton, County of Summit and State of ohio, and known as being the West 12 feet of lot L and the East 14 feet of Lot NO. K of the Alexander Square Allotment, which is the reallotment of lot No. 357, as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 71 of the Records of Summit County, Ohio. #2 It is understood and agreed by the party ordering this abstract that the Title to the above described premises was in Charles Baird on March 21, 1891." |
